Prints on sale in the art shop are provided by the print-on-deman service PrintFul. Once an order is confirmed, it will be fullfilled and posted to you. If there are any issues or if you have any questions at all, you are most welcome to email me and I will reply as soon as possible.

Return policy

This policy outlines the procedure for handling claims and returns related to misprinted, damaged, defective, or lost items. All communication regarding returns should be directed to me directly via email.

Claims:

  • Damaged/Defective/Misprinted Items:
    Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Lost in Transit:
    Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Approved Claims:
    Approved claims will be covered at Printful’s expense.

Return Process:

  • Return Address: The default return address is the Printful facility. You will receive an automated email notification upon receipt of a returned shipment. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. Using an alternate return address makes you liable for return shipping costs.
  • Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address causes a return, you are responsible for reshipment costs once a corrected address is provided.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed shipments are returned to Printful, and you are responsible for reshipment costs.
  • Unregistered Accounts: If you haven’t registered a Printful account and added a billing method, returned orders due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments will be donated to charity at your expense; no refund will be issued.
  • Customer Returns: Advise your customers to contact you before returning items. Except for customers in Brazil, returns for buyer’s remorse are not refunded. Returns and size exchanges are at your expense and discretion. For size exchanges or replacements of face masks, you must place a new order at your expense.
  • Brazilian Customers: Brazilian customers can request returns within 7 days of receipt, providing a photo of the item. Refunds are not possible if the product is used or damaged.

EU Consumer Rights:

According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to custom or personalized goods, or sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons. Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion.
